Unlike some manufacturers who rely on ambiguous claims—such as stating they are “Australian owned,” displaying an Australian flag, or presenting the local assembly of flat-packed imports from China as local content—we genuinely manufacture in Dandenong South.
While some of our local suppliers do source components from overseas, this is limited primarily to German- or Chinese-made castors and certain aluminium profiles, due to the lack of comparable local supply options. Our products are manufactured from raw materials that are fully converted into finished goods onsite by our full-time Australian employees.
The complete process—design, fabrication, welding, assembly, quality assurance, and final manufacture—is undertaken at 29–33 Union Road, Dandenong South, Victoria. We do not import sub-assemblies or components from Shanghai or New Zealand and then claim Australian-made provenance. We draw this distinction simply because offshore manufacturing can achieve significant labour cost savings, particularly in China and New Zealand, which typically flow through to component and product pricing.
