Project: West Gate Tunnel Client: CPBJH JV Function: Design
No Bolt are working with the West Gate Tunnel team (VIC) to develop internal walkways. The works include the provision of 3d models, shop drawings and technical resources & other services.
Project: Walkways Client: Molycop Function: Design & Construct
No Bolt worked with the Molycop team (in NSW) to develop permanent walkways to replace scaffolding. The works included the provision of the walkway system, engineering, technical resources & other services.
Project: GSE Client: Gulf Air Function: Design & Construct
No Bolt worked with the Gulf Air team (Kingdom of Bahrain) to develop a range of new access equipment to service both the B787 and A320. The works included the provision of the access equipment, engineering, technical resources & other services.
Project: GSE Client: THC Function: Design & Construct
No Bolt worked with The Helicopter Company (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) to supply an AW139 with power and lighting suited to the local technical specifications.
Project: Working Platform Client: BHP Function: Design & Construct
No Bolt worked with BHP (SA) to design, manufacture and supply a platform designed to dismantle and pass through a man hole and be reassembled for use in the Flash Furnace Reaction Shaft-Olympic Dam. The platform set consisted of 2 platforms (1 working and 1 protection for falling debris)circular in design with a diameter of 4600mm and engineered to be lifted by crane. The working platform was engineered to support a 3600kg SWL.

Project: Tracked Platform Client: Rio Tinto Function: Design & Construct
No Bolt worked with Rio Tinto (WA,Paraburdoo) to to address an identified risk associated with the maintenance of the conveyor. The Rail Mounted Conveyor Platform straddles the conveyor and uses the existing rail to provide safe coverage to around 400m of conveyor. Sitting on custom bogie wheels, the structure spans 7m, is over 4m high and 5m long. It consists of 2 working platforms specifically designed for the installation and removal of idlers, weighs 2000kg, yet only require 18N of force to move the platform.

Project: LAND1213b Client: Defence Function: Design & Construct
No Bolt worked with the Department of Defence (VIC) to supply a quantity of access platforms for LAND1213b Medium and Heavy Logistics Capability. The works included the platforms, welding testing, technical resources & other services.
Project: AIR5428 Client: Jet Aviation Function: Design & Construct
No Bolt worked with Jet Aviation (then Hawker Pacific) (VIC) to design, manufacture and supply a range of GSE for the PC21. Solutions included ejection seat trolleys, propellor stands, flight control brackets and various access platforms for A/C Maintenance.

No Bolt worked with Caterpillar Underground Mining (Thailand) to develop a range of height safety solutions to aid in the fabrication and assembly of Caterpillar’s Underground Mining Trucks & Loaders.
