Warranty

No Bolt Operations Pty Ltd warrants the platform for a period of three years from the date of original purchase subject to the following conditions:

3rd party components such as castors, side winder jacks, draw bars are supplied with separate warranties which are outlined below.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faulty materials. It does not cover failure by accidental damage, modification, use contrary to the operating instructions, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tear.

While this warranty covers the repair itself, transport to and from No Bolt Operations (29–33 Union Road, Dandenong South) may not be included. All approved claims are assessed based on the specific component involved, and the applicable options and remedies will be discussed accordingly.

Reasonable proof of purchase must be supplied to indicate the product is within the warranty period.

All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms for the Warranty to apply. Accounts in arrears will delay the investigation and the application of any warranty conditions.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
