The solution
The TAPIG or Trailer Access Platform with Integrated Guardrails is designed to provide access to specific parts of a trailer to access a load for tying down. The user wears a belt which is connected to the platform by lanyard reducing the risk of fall.

This solution has undergone a comprehensive risk assessment against the OH&S regulations and applicable Australian Standards. Detailed instructions for use, maintenance and storage are provided with all No Bolt solutions.
Ladder Access
Allows for a reduce platform footprint for areas with restricted space. The user is requires to access and egress the platform while facing the ladder.
Gate
A self closing gate is the most preferred solution when guarding the platform access.
Plank Deck
A rigid plank deck with integrated rubber strips for improved grip. High strength for large loading requirements and long spans.
Engineering
This platform has been engineered to sustain a maximum Safe Work Load of 150kgs.
Castors
High quality castors have been selected to optimise the deployment of the solution. The blue rebound rubber castors are ideal for smaller platforms and for use over asphalt and other lightly graded surfaces.
Integrated guardrail system with tie down straps
The guardrails are secured to the coaming rail using rated straps to ensure the guardrail functions as a guardrail in accordance with the Australian Standards.
