• used to help us communicate a potential solution
• can be provided to qualifying clients before formal engagement
• has not undergone a Safety in Design review

Client Design for approval

• we take the concept design and turn it into a client design for approval
• a detailed overview of the critical dimensions and layout
• this design has been through the Safety in Design review
• this design is costed in our offer
• is what we will manufacture the solution against

Design for manufacture

• we take the approved client design and turn it into a design for manufacture (aka Shop Drawings)
• this design is supplied to our manufacturing team and will be used to produce the solution
• this design has been through the Safety in Design review
• this design may have been through an Engineering Design review

Engineering Design

• we may undertake an engineering design review to confirm the solution can withstand the required loads (if we do not already hold data on file)
• this design has been through the Safety in Design reviews

3d Printed Design

• we may turn the design into a 3d printed model for further validation
• this design may not have been through the Safety in Design review

• this outlines our risk assessments and approach to eliminating or mitigating the risks within the design and or specification
