Q: When did you join No Bolt?
MP: I joined No Bolt in February 2015. I started as a Sales engineer, then moving to design. Now I Iead operations.
Q: What were you doing before you joined No Bolt?
MP: Studying my Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and learning how the other half of the world works (travelling).
Q: What did you study at university?
MP: I completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) at RMIT University.
Q: What is your role at No Bolt?
MP: My role is Production Manager. I manage the operational inputs, process and outputs.
Q: What is the most challenging project you have delivered
MP: The BHP Olympic Dam – Shaft access platform was up there as the most challenging project.
Q: What do you do when you’re not at No Bolt
MP: Travelling with my now fiancée.
Q: What has been the most interesting project you have delivered
MP: The team and I have delivered a number of interesting projects both for our clients and for the better of the factory. I like to lead an inclusive team where the ‘crazy’ ideas are not ignored.
Q: What are you working on now?
MP: Various efficiency improvement projects with the team.
